Pro Standard's Rising Stars program is a full-development basketball development system designed to sharpen skills, build IQ, and prepare athletes for the next level through structured training and live play. It's a one-stop shop and year-round training solution for families who want real progress without bouncing between teams, camps, or private trainers.
This is Stage 2 of our career long development system.
SO WHAT CAN I ATTEND?

DEEPER EXPLANATION OF OUR CLASSES
Rising Stars is where development really starts to take shape. Every session is designed to help players sharpen their skills and learn how to apply them in real situations-not just drills. Here's what we focus on:
Advanced Skill Work
Dribbling, shooting, passing, and finishing-all taught with more detail and purpose. We push kids to perform with better technique and intent.
On-Air & Light Live Play
Players learn how to execute skills both in space and against real defenders. It's the perfect mix of technical work and competitive reps.
Basketball IQ Development
We teach kids how to think the game-spacing, cutting, reading the defense, when to attack, when to pass. This is where they start playing smarter, not just harder.
Footwork & Triple Threat
We break down footwork, jab steps, rips, and body positioning so kids can actually become a threat with the ball in their hands.
Game Situations & Decision-Making
We introduce structured play that forces real decisions-giving them reps in situations they'll actually face in games.
Defensive Principles
Players learn how to guard, move their feet, contest shots, and rotate properly. It's not just offense-we want two-way players.
Confidence Through Challenge
We make the work challenging-but never overwhelming. Kids learn to adjust, keep going when things get tough, and grow through repetition.
Every session has a clear focus. Whether we're teaching how to create space off the dribble or how to make a smart extra pass.
